Job Description:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or contacts within the incubator.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support various administrative tasks, including redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Maintain security protocols by following procedures, monitoring visitor logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Oversee event coordination and logistics, including booking meeting rooms and managing event setups.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain and update notice boards with relevant information and announcements for the incubator community.
- Collaborate with Admin/HR team members to provide additional administrative support as required.
- Facilitate engagement and communication within the incubator community by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Act as a point of contact for incubator members, providing assistance and support as needed
