Qualification: Bba (Hons)/ Mba/ Social Sciences/ Economics or equivalent

Experience: 1-2 years in relevant department/industry  

 

Job Description:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or contacts within the incubator.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support various administrative tasks, including redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain security protocols by following procedures, monitoring visitor logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Oversee event coordination and logistics, including booking meeting rooms and managing event setups.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain and update notice boards with relevant information and announcements for the incubator community.
  • Collaborate with Admin/HR team members to provide additional administrative support as required.
  • Facilitate engagement and communication within the incubator community by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for incubator members, providing assistance and support as needed
