Education: Bachelors in SE/CS/IT or Business Administration (Preferred: Masters)
Responsibilities
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Skills/Experience
- IT knowledge/computer skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Candidate with SAAS product selling experience will be preferred
