Business Development Executive

Education: Bachelors in SE/CS/IT or Business Administration (Preferred: Masters)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Skills/Experience

  • IT knowledge/computer skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Candidate with SAAS product selling experience will be preferred
