Business Development Manager

Education: Bachelors in SE/CS/IT or Business Administration (Preferred: Masters)
Responsibilities
- Applying Companywide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
- Planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
- Carrying out all operations as per company’s policies, procedures and business ethics standard
- Achieving own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target
- Initiating and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
- Preparing a Competitive Analysis to develop good client base in order to generate additional revenue and – maintain the business
- Preparing proposals and detailed costings and prepare contract documents prior to negotiation with clients
- Relationship management with customers
- Successfully achieving sales quota each year
- Managing a team of 1-2 people
