Responsibilities
- Develop and implement various standard monitoring protocols for the program rollout and implementation;
- Provide Consultation and provide input in synthesizing a process for utilizing baseline information in documentation;
- Ensure all project reports are produced on time with high quality;
- Provide input into the progress of Incubatees;
- Coordinate the delivery of the Milestone and deliverables to IGNITE including assessing the validity of the information and indicators that contribute to that timely delivery reports (include field visits, quarterly reports, specialized surveys);
- Assist in reviewing the tracking investment phase and making improvements to their monitoring and evaluation;
- Coordinate the regular review of progress towards achieving Program Objectives/Development Objectives by Management through program reviews, portfolio reviews or other processes;
- Seek ways to streamline the process and increase efficiency in gathering and using performance information;
- Coordinate the process for updating policy and procedure documents in the areas of monitoring and evaluation to align with the most current Polices and requirements;
- Work as a Point of Contact for Evaluation in the Project and provide guidance on issues related to monitoring and evaluation;
Skills/Experience
- Extensive knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies i.e. both quantitative and qualitative data collection, processing and analysis;
- A strong background in having managed projects wherein systematic input, output and process data were collected and used to guide programming;
- Professional training in project management, project monitoring and evaluation and relevant connected fields;
- Knowledge of sampling and questionnaire design and experience in designing and implementing M&E;
- Experience and capacity in institutionalizing M&E systems and standards. Strong experience with data collection, management, analysis and report production;
- Solid experience in the management of people and systems in high-pressure environment;
