LMKT participated in a roadshow organized by Samsung to introduce its defense-grade security platform, and mobile-device management system, Knox. Samsung has partnered with Mobilink Jazz on launching its security platform in Pakistan that will be built into its latest handsets and devices. LMKT showcased its Workforce Management Solution (WFM) and presented other solutions that effectively rely on advanced security features and best practices for the secure storage and transmission of sensitive, mission-critical data.
LMKT’s WFM solution is a unified application explicitly designed to support organizations in gaining visibility into the activities and processes of their mobile workforce. The solution enables service organizations to comprehensively monitor the attendance and productivity of their field staff in remote locations in real-time by using effective scheduling and monitoring tools.
Speaking on the occasion, LMKT’s Business Analyst, Sumbul Aftab, highlighted ongoing research initiatives at LMKT in the areas of integrated security. While commenting on the importance of the Samsung Knox roadshow she said, “The roadshow has played an important role in bringing together relevant stakeholders from the public and private sectors and served to promote innovative security solutions currently available in Pakistan. We’ve been developed industry-leading security solutions for almost a decade now and these are an integral component of all our products including WFM.” She added, “The event has also imparted a lot of useful information for the general public on data security and privacy during a time when identity theft is commonplace”.
LMKT is also collaborating with Mobilink Jazz to reshape corporate and personal data management in Pakistan through new and innovative solutions. Recognizing the importance of data security and privacy, LMKT is heavily invested in developing and employing next-generation solutions for a wide range of personal computing devices and smartphones.
