Job Overview

The Growth Executive will play a key role in supporting growth-stage startups by providing tailored guidance, facilitating market access, and strengthening the startup ecosystem. The role requires an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with startups and internal teams to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Tailored Support for Growth-Stage Startups:

  • Provide individualized coaching and guidance to incubated startups during their growth phase, addressing specific challenges and opportunities related to scaling, fundraising, and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement customized action plans that leverage the center’s resources, network, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback to optimize growth strategies.

2.      Industry Expertise and Market Access:

  • Possess deep industry knowledge and understanding of relevant market trends within the center’s focus area.
  • Help startups identify and connect with key industry partners, potential customers, and strategic collaborators.
  • Provide insights on market entry strategies, competitor analysis, and navigating industry dynamics.

3.      Ecosystem Building and Networking:

  • Organize workshops, panel discussions, and networking events connecting startups with mentors, investors, and industry experts.
  • Foster peer-to-peer learning and collaboration among incubated startups, facilitating knowledge sharing and mutual support.
  • Represent the center at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the startup ecosystem.

4.      Data Analysis and Program Improvement:

  • Analyze data on startup progress, program effectiveness, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program enhancements, ensuring the incubation program remains relevant and impactful for growth-stage startups.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to startup growth, fundraising success, and overall program impact.

5.      Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with the Growth Specialist and Head of Incubation as well as other departments like Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, Planning and Development to ensure seamless support and resource allocation for startups.
  • Maintain clear communication with startups, mentors, investors, and stakeholders, regularly updating them on progress and program activities.
  • Represent the center and its startups professionally and enthusiastically at various events and interactions.

 

Key Skills & Requirements

Education

  • BBA or equivalent

Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship support, consulting, or business development.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of startup growth cycles and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tracking and performance reporting.
  • Ability to build networks and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
