Clients Deploy WFM to Streamline Operations

In April, Network for Human and Social Development (NHSD) and Farmer’s deployed LMKT’s WFM to effectively enhance the efficiency of their business processes.

NHSD, which works to reduce vulnerability across communities in Pakistan, is using WFM to monitor their field staff as they carryout various social development exercises in remote parts of the country. WFM supports NHSD to have greater control as they conduct health and educational camps for girls, medical camps, disaster management and environmental protection.

Farmer’s, a Peshawar-based frozen food brand, is using WFM to manage their daily supply chain. The brand sells Halal ready-to-cook and cooked chicken products to high-end grocery stores, caterers and few famous restaurants in Islamabad, Peshawar and Lahore. Through WFM the managers will get greater insight into placement, scheduling and dispatching of orders. This enhances the entire order placement and fulfilment process and improves levels of customer satisfaction.
